Remediation

Due to our experience in remediation old and abandoned industrial estates in the former GDR, we have developed efficient cleaning and treatment techniques for contaminated soil and demolition waste with great attention to a safe and environmentally friendly site remediation and waste disposal.

We are familiar with the clean-up of oil and tar contaminated sites. We pre-treated tar on site using our own equipment. Oil contaminated soil has been treated both on site and in our bio-treatment centre. We have dredged and treated more than 120,000 m3 of mercury polluted river silt.

Some contaminated areas are affected by a high level of ground water. With regards to this, we provide a complete solution of drawing down ground water level, as well as the treatment of ground water and the remediation of the contaminated site. The type of contamination that we treat ranges from heavy metals, cyanides, acids and pesticides to oil, tar and hydrocarbons.

Waste Management / Transport

We offer a wide range of service in compliance with the European and German regulations as well as the regulation of dangerous goods transport. Utilising national and international as well as our own waste treatment and disposal facilities, SUC GmbH prides itself on providing a complete waste management solution which meets individual customer requirements.

Depending on either an exact waste description (i.e. analysis) or a sample for analysis, we advise and quote the most suitable way to treat or dispose this waste.

That includes the following options:

Biological treatment / composting
Conditioning / re-cultivation / refilling
Re-use of certain substances
Immobilisation

Besides waste recycling and disposal, we of course provide also hauling services.

SUC GmbH owns a fleet of special trucks to haul loads such as contaminated soil, liquids, packaged goods, dangerous and non-dangerous goods in bulk tanks, bulk containers, drums, skips etc. Our trucks are licensed to transport waste and dangerous goods.
